Private Rates for Massage Therapy

Most extended medical plans will provide 80-100% coverage for a Registered Massage Therapist's services. Currently, RMT clinics are not set up to bill your extended medical plan directly. To receive your benefit, simply send in your receipt, and your health plan provider will reimburse you accordingly. Be sure to check with your provider first to see if access to benefit requires a doctor's referral.

MSP / ICBC user fees:

Patients who qualify for MSP are entitled to 10 subsidised visits per year (distributed over Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy and Chiropractic services). Patients no longer require a doctor's referral.

Patients with an approved ICBC claim receive 12 subsidised visits over an 8 week period from the date of the accident. A doctor's referral is required.

Once 8 weeks have passed or twelve treatments are complete, we are no longer able to directly bill ICBC and regular rates will apply.

RCMP

Members have 100% coverage for 20 - half-hour treatments. A doctor's referral is required annually.

DVA

Members have 100% coverage for 21 - half-hour treatments. A doctor's referral is required annually.

Missed appointment and cancellation policy

Your appointment time has been reserved for you. In consideration of your therapist and your fellow patients please cancel with at least 24 hours notice. Failure to give required notice of cancellation may result in full billing for the missed appointment.

No-shows will be subject to full billing for missed appointment.
